SERENITY MODERN RENOVATED BEAUTIFUL BUNGALOW- in OLD TOWNE w Hot tub

This beautiful modern open concept bungalow located in a beautiful old Towne neighbourhood is perfect for couples, families or small groups that want to enjoy being in Old Towne Niagara on the lake, Shaw. The wineries, the beautiful trails for biking and walking and perhaps make a day trip to the Falls and or Casino. Home has a hot tub, fenced yard and deck.

Our super nice and cute house is fully renovated with brand new hardwood floors, an open concept kitchen, island, dining area and a rear deck for bbq and a glass of wine. The master bedroom is my favorite and you will love the morning or evening sitting area. Reviews commented on how great it is, the location and super clean. We are committed to quality. We have great reviews and are committed to your A++ stay.
Enjoy a short stroll to the village, restaurants, and shops. Also perhaps enjoy a day spa close by, a bike ride golfing, and wine tours.

Wonderful property and close to everything!

We enjoyed a working vacation while at this property and it was such a bonus to be able to bring our dog. The location is close enough to everything that you can walk to it, the neighborhood was nice, perfect for dog walks, and the place was clean. Would definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful property that easily accomodated our group of 6 people. The place was clean and very well equipped. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but when we were there, it was incredibly comfortable - a real ‘home away from home’. Communications with the owner were very clear and the handbook that was left for guests answering pretty much any question we could have had was very helpful. I would highly recommend and would happily stay here again when in town.

Spotless, roomy, comfortable house in an upscale, very quiet residential neighborhood. Bryan was a great host, supplied lots of extra towels and pillows, and responded quickly to our questions. Location was ideal for us to walk our dog. Fenced back yard was a bonus.

You won’t be disappointed

A lovely, comfortable home that was a short drive to Old Town, wineries and the Shaw Festival. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. All beds were comfortable. Open concept in LR, DR and kitchen. We enjoyed sitting in LR and catching up with one another. Did not use the hot tub because the weather was so hot, in the 90’s. Nicely furnished. Felt like home for the days we were in NOTL.

Cute house but don’t book for the hot tub

Overall the house itself was great! It was clean and looked like the pictures. We were able to bring our dog which was a nice bonus. But please do not get your hopes up or make our mistake and choose this house because of the hot tub. It didn’t work the three nights we were there and we were not told ahead of time. We figured it out when we went to use it and discovered it was ice cold and noticed it had some grass and dirt in it and needed to be cleaned. I was able to report the hot tub issue and get a response, from one of the property managers I believe. Earlier I had reached out to the owner through VRBO to ask if it was possible to check in early and never did hear back. I understand if this wasn’t an option but it would’ve been nice to get a response. Outside of this, the house suited our needs, the neighborhood is lovely, as is the town! Lots to do in and around the town. Wineries, restaurants, very good ice cream, plenty of activities between here and Niagara Falls.
