Terrible customer service. There were too many mosquitoes who welcomed me when I enter the room. There were bed bug marks found on The side of the bed which seems dirty place. Also, the pillows had some hairs which seemed like they never change it. The manager working there don't know how to talk professionally. He literally became abusive when I complaint about mosquitoes & bed bugs. I decided to leave in the morning because the listing was not described as in the pictures as well as customer service. I was offered a ROOM SPRAY to Prevent mosquitoes which I denied because living with my Infant. I had to go through Expedia agents to get my refund, but they couldnt help me saying owner has no refund policy which is ridiculous! They
Are making free money beware of those scammers! They have NO REFUND policy because they know that customer would ask for refund after seeing their place. Also, the room pictures are totally different than posted in the ads of Milan Garden Inns. They were supposed to refund me, but I assumed that I gave my money to charity
