Not far from the attraction breakfast was good, room very comfortable and roomy , (not that clean out side the property)parking was very stressful very tight spots no in and out errors not enough parking spots other then that no complaints.

Hotel and room was clean. Bed was a little springy. Not a lot of parking. Didn’t use the included breakfast so can’t comment. Others commented on the incense smell when you walk in which I found strong as well but tapered off as you get to your room . It was fine for the price versus others in the area

We liked the size of the room and the complimentary breakfast and parking. We didn't like the bathroom doors squeaking and the scent in the common areas. Also, we booked a family-size room for 6 persons through Expedia; however, upon arrival, it was confirmed as a room for 2 persons, and we had to pay more.

During my stay the staff were friendly and helpful, needed any room amenities just ask. Breakfast was well catered for, this is my third stay and would do so again Additional walk being located at bottom of Stanley Avenue but only a few minutes, to centre of Niagara and attractions.

The carpet in the bedroom is not fully clean; there are stains, and there is also dirt and dust behind the bedside table and headboard. They need to vacuum the areas really well. The drawer had a funky smell. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, there were not enough food options. We stayed there for 2 nights and didn't go down the second time for breakfast. The parking spaces are very tight and not enough to park. Some towels were stained. The bathroom is clean.
