Welcome to your Ace Getaway in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this modern and classy house, just one block away from all the action. This is the best location in terms of proximity; 500 m from Clifton Hill & 800 m from Niagara Falls. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

Following is our commitmnet to an enhanced cleaning protocol:
We have provided all our guests with access to our disinfectant wipes and we have antibacterial soap that is in the bathroom and kitchen sink. Our cleaners will wear appropriate protective equipment and wipe down all counters/surfaces in the house with medical grade disinfectant. Our cleaners will also be washing all sheets in a hot water cycle as usual after every booking.

Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep. The main floor has two queen beds, seven seater sofa in the living room, and a 3 piece bathroom. Freshly renovated basement is equipped with a queen bed and a double bed + a powder room. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 50 inch Samsung 4K LED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Those location is ideal, very close walking distance to clifton Hill and the falls, but out of the traffic. Very clean, great set up with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Nice back patio. Manager was very responsive, very seamless. One of the best places we've stayed.

This house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation - comfortable, well equipped and clean. AND it was just a short walk from the falls, which was wonderful having 2 strollers with us. While the neighborhood seemed sketchy, we ran into no issues. The great AC during the hot season was glorious. We ran into one problem during our stay and our friendly host communicated wonderfully and was so very gracious!

We had a good time staying at this place. The place is very comfortable. Nice sofas and beds. One of the bedroom downstairs doesn't really have a door which was not an issue for us. We were able to cook meals with the equipment available in the kitchen The only thing really was the can opener not working which means everything was pretty good.

Used for a family of 5 trip to see the falls and the surrounding area, the location was perfect. It is within walking distance to the falls and all the attractions, and it was just a short drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the grocery store. Roomy, very thoughtful "gifts" (eine, chips, water and soda, coffee) made it very welcoming. Would only recommend bringing dish cloths and a hand towel for the downstairs bathroom. Nice hospitality and good communication with the owner. Thank you for the great stay!

Lovely home perfect for our needs. This was true to the listing. Easily walkable to Clifton Hill, the home was clean and comfortable. Especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and private back deck. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The snacks were a huge hit! As previous reviews have noted, it does have the Post cereal factory across the street, but this really was a non issue for us as we were either in the home/ back deck, or exploring the area on foot, and never affected by the front yard view. Felt very comfortable walking the neighborhood, so overall highly recommend

I was booking a birthday stay with my friends. The host was very responsive and informative. For starters, the location was great and very close to everything. The host went so far as to put up a happy birthday banner which was such a sweet and pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and pristine, we enjoyed using the smart tv too it was very nice. Furthermore, the house was very stocked up, from board/card games in the cupboard to all the kitchen tools you’d need. Honestly probably more stocked up then my own kitchen at home lol. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation and I recommend the same to anyone. Not only met but exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. Thanks again for a great stay Jas!

First things first, Jas was a great host. Communication was prompt and comprehensive (not that we had any problems to deal with). The property is not in the most attractive of areas but it is well-maintained, spotless, and has been renovated to provide all of the modern comforts you come to expect. The location is excellent - just a short walk to Clifton Hill. Jas provided extra little touches that were much appreciated, such as delicious cookies, snack packs, water, pop, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. There were varied toiletries, cleaning products, and anything else we may have needed but forgot to pack. A great host, a great value stay, and one we would definitely recommend and use again (there were 7 adults in our party).

Hats off to Jas, the property owner. He rocked it with the perfect home and retreat for my family vacation at the falls. Thanks for making it easy for us to access all the attractions and for the snacks, the perfect patio, the comfortable beds and responding quickly to our inquiries. I would highly recommend this property. My only concern was the lack of locks and security on the front entry door, basement door and window. A chain or something extra on the inside door while we slept would have been very reassuring. But all went well and we didnt have any disturbances. Quiet neighborhood. Great location and many bedrooms to work with especially travelling with a toddler. Great pricing compared to the hotels. Jas was on top of communication and messaged if we had any questions. As it was winter and with multiple snow storms, we arrived to a well shoveled driveway. This was the best place to be indoors as it was the off season and we preferred indoor activities such as the nearby Ripley's museum, wax museum the Niagara Parks Power Station. A slight suggestion of better mattresses as it felt springy instead of firm especially from someone with back issues. Overall, awesome house to stay in and hope to be back again.
