Great place close to all the attractions.
We had a good time since the place was close to everything. The falls, places to eat.. etc were all within 10 minutes drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our large group.

OK neighborhood, Horrible Host/service - Avoid if you can
We booked the trip for 7 people with one minor but only 5 ended up going w/o minor. It was a family trip to Niagara for family visiting. We found some broken glasses pieces on the floor when my brother stepped on it and started bleeding. It was about 1.5 inches long. There were couple of them so I contacted the host to ask if there was any first aid kit in the house and that question started all the drama. He sent his teenage daughter once with bandaid and then again after 30 mins to question if partying was going on in the house. My teenage son and my brother were home and they said there was no partying. She was on phone with her dad (the host) and he was prompting her to stay stuff. Then he got hold of my husband who had gone to get dinner and starting asking all the questions on who's staying and how many people and if we are partying. He constantly kept telling my husband no partying allowed and that he'll call the cops on us. They ended up having a big argument and hung up. He even asked my husband which taco bell he was at etc. This host should not be putting up the house on VRBO if he has so many trust issues. Instead of owning his cleaning people mistake he starts putting the blame on you. I called VRBO and opened a case with them. This all happened within 2 hrs of checking in. This house was sold recently so I am guessing new host. Check zillow. Parking on streets with no direction on which side to park, no ac, no connected tvs. If I could give 0 rating I would.

Fine for what we needed
I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.

House is close to walk to the river and falls. House was nice and worked well for our short stay. It is an old house with remodeled kitchen and bath. It stayed warm through cold nights. Parking on the street was easy as the street was not crowded.

Great stay!
We were travelling as a party of 14, 10 of whom were under 10. This home fit our needs perfectly! Its in a fairly rundown (you can see they are working to revitalizing it) part of town but it was quiet, the house was beautiful, and parking was no issue! We would happily stay here again the next time we visit buffalo/niagara. The manager aas very accomodating and easy to get ahold of as well!

A great place to stay near to the Falls
The biggest complaint was no central air conditioning, just window units is some rooms. One of our party in a bedroom without air slept on a couch in the living room which had an air conditioner because he was too hot in the bedroom The house was in a handy location for sight seeing. The house served us well and the two bathrooms was a big plus for the four of us.

We booked for 3 nights and there were only 2 dishwasher pods, & 2 laundry pods and we ran out of toilet paper 🧻 The floors were dirty but everything else was fine. The table only had 5 chairs, for a place that holds up to 14 they should have more. Kitchen supplies were limited would have been nice to have scissors ✂️and a casserole dish. There were plenty of bath towels but a kitchen towel would have been nice, since there was no drying rack and we had to handwash for lack of detergent.

I’m not sure why so many people say the neighborhood is sketchy. It is an old city neighborhood. The city itself is rundown due to government not taking its’ VAST tourism money and investing it back into the community. The neighborhood is NOT sketchy and, in fact, there are many $60k cars lining the street. The neighbors are friendly and kids play outside without fear. The 2 star rating should be taken down! As for the property itself, it was fantastic! It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, which is a feat for me! Being able to sit on the front porch with a drink and a book was a highlight of mine. The house truly felt like our home away from home. Side note: if you preorder food from Walmart (long stays) do not have it delivered. I don’t know what the issue is, but they never made it 3x; just go pick it up.

Conveniently located to Niagara Falls
This is my 2nd time renting out this Vrbo. We travelled with 2 children, 3 adults & 2 seniors in our family. I can not emphasize more the convenience of this Vrbo's location from Niagara Falls less than 5 minutes. This Vrbo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms & 2 pull out couches. The upstairs bedroom updates of additional air conditioning window units & huge fans kept us comfortably cool during 80 degree hot weather. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay that is close to the falls. Property is very nice and roomy. We have a family of 7 and had plenty of room. House was very clean and welcoming. Its the perfect litle place if you're planning on vising the falls. The neighborhood was a normal city neighborhood (in looks) but very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed sittting on the covered porch and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Claw tub bath was amazing!!!

Beautiful home
The home is an older place but it's very nice. Neighborhood is very quiet. Love sitting on porch. The only thing I found different than other places. No complimentary coffee or anything.

A great place for short time stay!
The pictures in the listing doesn’t look great. In reality, the interior and the whole home was just amazing! It was very clean and well decorated. Me and my friends enjoy it. Exceptional! However, the neighborhood looks a little bit dirty. But the home will not disappoint you.

Awesome home
As I love old houses and so does my family, we loved this property. It was nicely remodeled leaving many of the original features to the home and was very welcoming. A few recommendations though: we were a group of 8 and only 4 rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, and only 2 washcloths. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap which left us going out late to a store to pick up supplies (which happened to be getting robbed while there). Extra blankets, pillows, and garbage bags would have all been nice.

This house worked great for us. The dining room and kitchen were just what we needed. The ample bedrooms allowed us to spread out, and gave each of us enough room to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is great; only about a mile or so from the falls.

We enjoyed our stay. Previous comments on neighborhood was not the best but we found it quiet and neighbors were nice when we saw them. The neighborhood is an older one versus scary! . So what if people don’t have money to have an elaborate house. We felt safe enough to spend 99% of our time on the porch when not out sight seeing. The weather was perfect and the house charming. Close to all activities and groceries. We made ourselves at home. Greeted the neighbors as they went and came from work. (That’s what we do where we’re from). If we are ever back in the area we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house was wonderful! I loved how each room had their own tv and how spacious all the rooms were. The living room and the dinning room were really nicely decorated as well as the rest of the house! I just fell in love with it. We spent most of the time outside but the time we spent in the house was very unique. We had the opportunity of checking in early but we were at the falls. I would definitely come back here again! I highly recommend it!

Not good neighborhood
The house was an old but very nice house. You could tell a lot of work has gone into the house to fix it up nd it is nice in the interior. The outside is a little overrun and not in a very good neighborhood. We were going to bed at 10 PM and the neighbor decided to shoot fireworks off. Almost sounded like a gun. I would not stay here again just because of the not really good neighborhood.

Nice clean house.
We were a part of 8 and the house was accommodating for our party. Don’t let the picture of the outside discourage you. The inside of the house is very nice and clean. The description doesn’t tell you about the parking, parking is on the street only and you have to park on the other side of the street every other day.

The house was located in a very shady neighborhood. We felt very unsafe for ourselves and our vehicles. The house inside was very clean and nice from what we saw, but we did not stay due to the neighborhood and the distance from all the attractions.

This house is very close to the falls. The neighborhood seemed a little run down, but we didn't experience any problems. The house was charming on the inside but the outside needed attention. The beds were not the most comfortable and the sheets fell off easily. Each bedroom had aTV with Roku, which was very nice! We needed more blankets which were not provided. There were 2 AC units upstairs with 2 fans, so two rooms were very cool and the others were not. The house was fairly clean, but when we moved the furniture to be able to see the TV (furniture in the living room was arranged oddly that didn't allow for TV viewing) under the couches were very dirty. Plenty of towels and dishes. Laundry soap was provided!

Beautiful clean spacious vintage house with free on street parking. This house is extremely practical if you're traveling with 4-12 people. 4 bedrooms with Roku television in each room. Also the living room has 4 couches with Roku television. Decent wifi internet reached throughout entire house. Complete kitchen with dishes/utensils, pots/pans, dish washer and washer/dryer too. 1 shower and 1 tub bathroom perfect for bubble baths. Bring your own hair dryer and toiletries, towels provided. Conveniently located 5 mins away from Niagara Falls Maid of the Mist. No there isn't central air conditioning but 2 window ac units with fans in each room. I kept all of the fans and window ac units on 24/7 when we were there during 80° weather and the inside temperature remained a comfy 68°-69° during our entire stay. This house is located in an Urban neighborhood meaning diversity not a Rural suburban neighborhood. The neighbors are fine, neighborhood safe, free on street parking completely safe, even at night. We had several night time Niagara Falls events and did not have any safety concerns at all with parking on the street. If you're looking for a clean, practical, budget friendly and close to Niagara Falls attractions accommodations, then I highly recommend this house. Myself plus 3 children were comfortably sleeping each night in our own beds. Again this house is soo spacious and well equipped to comfortably sleep 10-12 people. We will return for another budget friendly family trip.

The house is older but very well maintained. Everything was as listed. Communication with owner was quick and he responded very quickly. I was a little concerned driving into the neighborhood but we spoke with one neighbor and was at ease. We truly enjoyed staying here!! All bedrooms are upstairs so if you have anyone in your group with difficulty with steps, there is an option to use sleeper sofas. Overall a wonderful time here. Thank you!!

There is a smell of paint/stain in the house. Also the neighborhood is a little sketchy and not clean. Only street parking available and no place available right outside the house. I’d recommend being comfortable with the neighborhood before staying there

Exactly as seen in pics. Timely owner responses and check in info. Would absolutely stay again.
Arrived after dark, neighborhood was quiet. Door entry access was easy and able to park right in front of the house. Didn’t use the living room, but plenty of seating and appeared comfortable. Didn’t use the dining room at all but very nice table, chairs, and place settings. Lots of built-in cabinets throughout were beautiful, but obviously didn’t use as we were only there for one night and actually less than 12 hours. Gorgeous hard wood throughout. Nice and varied art throughout. Kids were happy that the doors to the third-floor and the basement were locked, we arrived very late and it was dark out and they were certain the house resembled an older house they saw in a Goosebumps movie with a creepy basement and attic. Haha. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Lots of big soft towels in the bathroom, which is always a plus. Washer and dryer and owner left a few tide pods, thankfully, because I didn’t plan to do laundry but ended up having to do a load. Upstairs was quite warm, expectedly - it was August, one bedroom has a window air-conditioning, the others were OK with fans. Another reviewer said fans are loud, one turbo fan was loud but really helped to cool off upstairs and then we used smaller provided fans to sleep. Minutes to Niagara Falls, amazing parks, and all tourist attractions, which was the reason for our stay. Would definitely recommend, would definitely stay again.

Everything was good except the smell of paint
Smell of paint was too strong. It was so much that we could not sleep properly on day 1. Though the owner was responsive and tried to help. But it was not anything that can be fixed. The smell remained for the 2 days we stayed.

Hmm. Doesn't make sense. There has been no panting occurring . I am srry you experienced some issues . This is an older home as like all homes in this area . The street was recently paved as well.
