    OLD HOUSE FRESHLY UPDATED . WALKING DISTANCE TO FALLS VIEWING . Four bedroom house . Two 1 queen size bed bedrooms, one 1 full size bed bedroom and one bedroom with 2 full size beds . Two full size sofa pull out sleeper, one queen size couch and one love seat, in living room. One full bathroom upstairs with claw foot tub and shower wand . 1 full bathroom down stairs, has shower with sliding glass door toilet and vanity . Dining room has table for upto 6 guests . Kitchen is equipped with Microwave. Dishwasher. Stove . Fridge. Washer . Dryer . One coat closet in foyer, has an ironing board ( no iron) . Each bedroom has a closet with a few coat hangers . Guests are asked to strip beds and start washer before leaving at end of stay . Also there is currently a 6k btu ac unit in living room and in front double bedroom . And one high out put fan on stand in kitchen and one in rear bedroom hall area

    Fine for what we needed
    I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.

    House is close to walk to the river and falls. House was nice and worked well for our short stay. It is an old house with remodeled kitchen and bath. It stayed warm through cold nights. Parking on the street was easy as the street was not crowded.

    It’s really a nice house you can spend time with couple friends. And it is so close to Niagara Falls which is also a good reason we chose here. Highly recommended!

    Great stay!
    We were travelling as a party of 14, 10 of whom were under 10. This home fit our needs perfectly! Its in a fairly rundown (you can see they are working to revitalizing it) part of town but it was quiet, the house was beautiful, and parking was no issue! We would happily stay here again the next time we visit buffalo/niagara. The manager aas very accomodating and easy to get ahold of as well!

    A great place to stay near to the Falls
    The biggest complaint was no central air conditioning, just window units is some rooms. One of our party in a bedroom without air slept on a couch in the living room which had an air conditioner because he was too hot in the bedroom The house was in a handy location for sight seeing. The house served us well and the two bathrooms was a big plus for the four of us.
