We have been there 4 times now. Great people, very helpfull, accross the road from the beach, good restaurants. What else ? The price is o.k.. Just what we're looking for.
I booked through the hotels.com with checking 2 adults & 2 kids. but, when i got the hotel, the receptionist asked me to pay for 2 kids added.., I explained how i booked, but the hotel was not computerized at all, she had checked a paper which was written booking status. It was pretty long time to get into the room. not only with this happening, i dont recommend to go .
keiharde matrassen

Accueil sympathique, staff serviable

Fantastische prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Booking
Requested and paid for room with two beds but room given us had just one queen bed.
Don't know anything about the hotel actually. When we arrived we received a call from the owner who had moved us to the hotel next door to what he claimed was a "better room". That "better room" did not make us impressed, so based on his own words I would not expect higher standard in An Hoa Hotel's rooms. He did try and make it up to us by being very helpful with bookings, advice and such, but we kept hearing contradicting reasons to why we could not stay at the hotel and were quite disappointed in general. Location is great, though. Close to Nha Trang's restaurant and bar scene as well as the beach and spas.
actually we didn't guess to get a great my friend Who works receptionist Nine. he help us to find n buy a motorbike including of everything around of us. i think nothing exists perfect accommodation wherever but i ought to give here 5stars by him.
i won't forget here always.

Decent budget option, but no lift...
2 mins from the beach and close to all the touristy restaurants and bars if that's what floats your boat. This hotel is decent enough but the lack of a lift is a real negative if you're anything above the 2nd floor (we were on the 4th). It's a pretty good budget option and overall a good stay if you're after some lazy beach time.

Expensive for what you get
Good location 5min walk to the beach.
Friendly staff would give you tips about what to do and how to do it. They sell drinks at the reception desk at reasonable prices. You can leave your luggage and take a shower in the evening before taking the night bus/train.
However, I would not stay there again. It's noisy, you hear music in the evening and hammering since very early in the morning.
The room and bathroom were clean but very small and old.
No elevator which would be a problem if carrying a lot of luggage as you have to do it yourself. Overall, I find it expensive for what you get compared to other places where I have stayed.

This is a budget hotel. Having said that, it's an excelent hotel for its category. High point is doubtless the hospitality of the staff. They seen genuinely concerned about you and do everything possible to help and make sure you have a good stay.
They gave us an early check-in without us even asking, recommended a bunch of activities and helped us with the booking, told us how to get to use the public transportation to the main attractions that are in town (Cham towers and Pagoda) and were constantly treating us with free tea and fruits.
Hotel location is great (close to the beach, nice restaurants, bars and shops, in an alley off the main street, which makes it also quieter), free wi-fi is good (strong signal), and they sell water and beer at the reception at cost.
Cons are the fact there are no elevators (not a problem for the young, which are the majority of the guests, but could be a problem for others) and the air con which could be better.
All in all, a good stay. I would recommend it for everyone who is on a budget.

Nice little place try it out.
Nice little place down an safe alley way just moments from the beach. The people are very friendly and want to help you a lot they will try to sell you things but turns out it is the same price as else where so they do look after you. I was a bit disappointed that the lady tried to charge us for "checking in early" even tho we only wanted to leave our bags and go out. We ended up leaving our bags downstairs all day- this made me feel a little uneasy. Overall the place was clean and made us feel
Comfortable. We could have done with more pillows tho.

Would return
Good room. Bit disappointing that it was advertised as with a balcony, but in fact anyone could use the space. No one did, but we felt like we needed to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. Otherwise it was nice to sit outside and relax with a beer! The sockets were uncomfortably placed. The hot water was not kept on, had to ask. Room wasn't cleaned. Old AC but did the job. Didn't hear traffic but some sounds from the building. Free but a bit slow computers in the lobby. Staff fixed train tickets (without high extra fees) and taxis, they also let us use a bathroom after checking out (we went to the beach). Very, very friendly.

Fantastic customer service
We had an fantastic stay at this guesthouse, both the staff and the location were fantastic. The staff are always so happy to see you and will do anything for you, from transport / tour booking to recommending somewhere for you to eat. the hotel is on a quiet side street, which you walk to the end of Amanda cross the road and you are on the beach! The local streets are full or restaurants so everything is right on your doorstep.
The rooms themselves are good, your typical guesthouse, a bit dated but everything you need.
Just be mindful that the rooms with balconies is actually a shared balcony. We booked a superior room with balcony, but it's actually shared with the rest of the rooms on that floor.
Free wifi worked well.
This place is fabulous. It is at the end of a narrow alley just off the main beach drag. Very convenient. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a bathroom in the lobby where you can shower after the beach, which is right across the street. Literally less than 100 meters to the water.
I have recommended this place to other travelers already and will stay here again no problem.
