"Forest House is warm, comfortable, spacious and attractively furnished. It is in a private and quiet setting close to Lake Ferry and Martinborough. The cleaning fee was on the high side for just 2 people, but it was very clean and well maintained and there was no problem keeping warm in winter with the fire and Air conditioning. Great communication, enjoyed our time at Forest House. Only thing we missed was a normal sized oven tray and a normal sized cheese grater! Other than that, perfect."

"The bach was in excellent condition, incredibly clean, and had everything you could need. Andy and Lea thought of the smallest details to ensure we had everything we needed. Lake Ferry is a stunning little town, gorgeous sunset and great fish and chips at the Lake Ferry Hotel. Right on the doorstep of Cape Palliser and even more stunning scenery. Would highly recommend this region and this bach to stay in. Definitely visit the Land Girl café just 10 mins up the road for an excellent coffee. "
