"Hotel was ok for a Hilton. It was difficult to get customer service in the restaurant and a request to the front desk seemed to be a disruption to the front desk person who was engaged in personal conversation with her coworker."

"We recently stayed at the Dagny for our wedding anniversary. I’m not normally one to write reviews but felt compelled to after our wonderful stay. They really went above and beyond to make our stay feel truly special. It was honestly amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was always asking how we were and if there was anything we needed. Our suite was clean and spacious, with housekeeping stopping by daily. The hotel is in a great location and many places to visit are within a short walk of the hotel. Public transport is also within a short walk if you were planning on going further. Thank you to The Dagny for making our stay in Boston unique and special!"
