    The Space:

    Guillemot, a second-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living space with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dining seating, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite and twin, both zip/links. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, pub in 0.7 miles, lake in 0.9 miles, and a river and canal in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a designated off-road parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guillemot offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: On-site facilities include a leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna, and swimming pool. Note: The apartments have their own external entrance and dedicated reception where they collect their keys; none of them have key boxes. Please Note: Bookings at this property must be a minimum of 3 nights. PLEASE NOTE: From 1st October 2025 the on site leisure centre will be closed for essential maintenance.

    Located in the south of Devon, Kingsteignton is a bustling town which lies at the head of the Teign Estuary. Once renowned to be the largest village in the whole of England, it now stands as a highly populated town council with a strong sense of community amongst the locals. This well kept area boasts attractive traditional cottages, three churches, and a wide selection of shops, both independent and mainstream. The town offers plenty of opportunities to endorse in good food and wines, from inns to cake shops, you'll be sure to find an array of eateries here. Kingsteignton also boasts an array of sporting facilities for all ages to get involved in including its very own bowls clubhouse, a swimming pool, football and judo clubs, and two large playing fields, it's the perfect place to bring the whole family, even including the dog with plenty of lands, a nearby pond , and a local nature reserve to explore. Extremely close to the Newton Abbot race course, Kingsteignton makes a brilliant location for a fun-filled family day out, with its own creche, a variety of events from car boot sales and antiques fairs to its Wellbeing Show, there's plenty to explore here no matter the time of year. The market town of Newton Abbot itself also makes a fun day out for all, in close proximity to Dartmoor National Park, Bradley Manor, and St Leonards Clock Tower, there is plenty of history to explore, as well as the town withholding an array of modern day experiences to get involved in. From the spooky and spectacular Devon Escape, to a multitude of activities held at the Courtenay Centre including fitness, culture, and hobbies, there's something for everyone here. To experience the tourist hotspots of Devon, take a trip to Torquay, a pretty seaside resort with a fantastic coastline nicknamed the 'English Riviera'. Here you can find Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, the well known bayside spot of Thatcher Point and the beautiful beach of Babbacombe, and an array of sea life spotting opportunities at Living Coasts. There's something for everyone in the town of Torquay, a guaranteed fun-filled day out for everyone.
