"Not very clean lots of dust and old dirt the bin/trash wasn't empty when we checked in there was a dirty comb and some papers/wrappers room wasn't hoovered and very strong fragrance in the room even though I emailed the Hotel and asked for them not to be any fragrances sprayed in the room. I asked to moved rooms but told the hotel was full"
"Beautiful location"
"We liked the room layout. For NY, it worked great for us. Room floor was a bit dirty and the smoke alarm blinks all night which can be distracting trying to sleep, but maybe that's how they work. Ours at home blink only when they need attention. Overall, we will stay again."

The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."
