The rooms are very comfortable, but the carpets don’t feel clean. There is only 1 USB charging port. Lights are very dim with no option to increase even in the bathrooms. Elevators are broken only 2 elevators worked out of 4 with a tiny elevator lobby and a fully booked hotel. Otherwise the amenities are wonderful and the staff is superb.

Amazing stay

Front desk was so nice! Gave us a room with an absolutely amazing view. Valet was very rude but front desk was so amazing we didn’t care anymore. Breakfast was not good but staff was very attentive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again

The Westin is beautiful! Prime location. I stayed in the Deluxe King, Newport room with the tub overlooking the city and it was beautiful. Perfect place to celebrate Valentine’s Day!

Last minute getaway!

My boyfriend and I decided to get away at the last minute and I came across the Western hotel. We had stayed at the one in Nashville before so I decided to give this one a try. We had such a great time! It's in walking distance to many shops, restaurant's and the view was amazing.

The front desk was terrible. They did not notify us. They were turning the water off in the hotel. We’re not willing to lower the rate because of that I am handicapped and I had to go use the public bathroom to go to the bathroom because the toilets in the rooms were too short, and there was no hand bar

The hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel doesn't have any free perks to grab a cup of coffee or tea in the lobby. You can buy from the cafe in the lobby, therefore, you have to purchase. I was disappointed, for I was working on my computer and should have been able to have this available.
