"We stayed at this hotel prior to going on a cruise. The stay was excellent nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing room. The reception staff were really helpful. We are booked in again for 11th September."

"Hotel needs a good spruce up....but was OK as a budget booking. Shower was so powerful it almost ripped my skin off. Things need fixing and upgrading....bathtub, carpets. Beds need to be firmer. But otherwise as a budget booking, got what I paid for. Reception person wasn't particularly pleasant on arrival."

"The hotel was amazing we had and amazing room however a fridge in the rooms would be a great addition. The spa was so relaxing and a great addition to our stay great facility’s as well and staff was amazing and so accommodating too would highly recommend and would stay there again "

"Only one small problem - no iron in the room - only a garment steamer was available which did not take out the wrinkles in my clothes. Plus no operating instructions were with it."

"The property does not have air conditioning, there are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue or need something, you have to see someone at the desk. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The beds were hard."

"we really enjoyed this hotel. They had an a spa that was included that had a steam room, sauna hot tub and a pool. We missed the Michelin star restaurant but the other restaurant on the sixth floor was also very good. Very spacious rooms with good views of the harbor we would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."

"The room was nice, ive stayed before and the standards vary. But overall a lovely stay with a nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna for free with the stay. Free parking and comfy beds. "

"Return visit. The view is amazing, the staff are great, the bar is cool. The TV had been updated with Netflix. Best hotel in Bournemouth in that price range, in most part due to the constant level of maintenance and peacefulness. Only a short stroll to the pier and shops, by the road or along the top of the beach! Gorgeous."
