Very friendly check in. Clean quiet comfortable room. After 6 days of a road trip, finding Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches in addition to the usual waffles was a very pleasant surprise.

Very dated property. Shower was moldy and the bottom was rusty. Very few usable outlets to plug phones into. Bathroom outlet was loose and phone cord would not stay in it. This place is in need of lots of repairs. The area is a bit sketchy as well. Would not recommend.

Lady at the front desk was very sweet. Bed super comfy. Only complaint water isn't super hot. But my husband said I take baths from hell water lol

A few area may need some some updating but overall, this site was CLEAN and the staff very personable and friendly. Don’t let the distance from Dollywood deter you, if it’s not pressing you stay in Pigeon Forge, this is worth it with the value. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast with choices!

For the price, it exceeded expectations. King bed was comfortable, plenty of bathroom counter space and a large enough room for a chair and loveseat.

The property and its furnishings are older but clean and with the reasonable price for the hotel room I certainly cant complain. Room with king bed was large and the mattress was comfortable and linens of good quality.

Great place on a budget
One of the few places that if you call…you can actually talk to someone THERE. Breakfast was a 5 star restaurant compared to other places I’ve stayed! Everyone there, guests and staff were excellent.

Great for the price
You really can’t beat the condition and comfort for the price. I was rather skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised. It is an old hotel and shower needs remodeling for sure but overall hotel is clean and fine for sleeping for one night.

The hotel is super out dated. It was not clean. It was pretty gross. The bed was very uncomfortable. It did not show or mention it was next to a truck stop. It was noisy from the trucks and other patrons. I went down twice for coffee and they did not have any.

The staff was 5 star but drops off from there. The first night we barely made it through, bed was hard as a rock. Shower was slicker than an ice rink, and the bathroom itself was very old and run down. We were in a room that seemed between renovation. So the floor was nice but that’s about it. We asked the next morning about a room with possibly a better bed, the guy was super nice and let us go check another room to see if we liked it. It was a major improvement so we switched rooms. The room was in worse condition overall age wise, but the tub had a floor mat to keep from being like ice rink. But the rest of the bathroom was more like gas station quality from way back. Cracked sink, toilet seat moved and barely flushed. But we made due. The tv also didn’t come on. Breakfast, it was free and even then….. The orange and apple juice pretty much just water, and the water tasted like a garden hose. They have the Jimmy dean croissant sandwich but not my thing. The waffles were fine, syrup was awful. The pastries were too sweet. If you’re not a breakfast person but need a little something you might be okay with this selection. We went elsewhere on morning two. It’s old, the condition is rough, but it wasn’t dirty. The staff does a good job cleaning. So that makes a big difference and makes it okay to stay for a few nights. Again my compliments to the lady and former military man that helped us both days. Really impressed.

Not 2 miles from Dollywood
Itself was very good for the price, I was very happy with everything when I arrived… However, hotels.com states that this hotel is only 2 miles away from Dollywood, which is why I booked this room. When I arrived, I realized that this hotel was over 20 miles away from Dollywood, almost 40 minute drive. I was very upset about that, the hotel itself was a bit of a surprise and I’m glad I stayed. If you don’t mind a bit of a drive to pigeon forge strip/dollywood, I recommend giving them a shot.

Good option for the price
Overall, this was a good option for an overnight stop on a longer journey. The hotel is dated and could use a good sprucing up and deep clean. The walls were marred. The tile grout discolored. The carpet worn and some areas stained. The lighting in the bathroom waa dim. Breakfast was adequate. Not sure I would stay there again, but it was a good price for an adequate space. Bonus: the staff was incredibly friendly and that made the differnece between poor and good for this stay.

Avoid this one!
Not good experience! Bed mattress was very poor condition! Furniture has seen much better days. Light over bathroom sink didn’t work. When pulled up knob to get shower going only half the water came through the shower and other half kept running through faucet and water filled up in tub! Would not recommend this place!

Staff was very friendly and place was close to our event , breakfast was good but would have been better with sausage , eggs & potatoes options . Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Place was across the road from a huge loves gas station for your convenience. We had a great stay & would highly recommend this place for your future stays!

The desk clerk was terrific. Not the most comfortable bed, but the room was clean and the tub was a blessing. There was a damp odor, but they had cleaned hard to try and cover it.

Nothing! Driving up to hotel made me worry about what was inside. The only excellent thing is the staff. The place has many things not working ( ice machine, chargers in room, phone to call front desk, AC didn't work in room had to switch rooms in middle of the night,clogged sinks, roach on wall, carpet is a tripping hazard and side door was not working to get in hotel. Also a lot of the carpets and furniture were stained. Furniture had damage. Besides that the hotel was very quiet and location.
