2/10 Terrible

"Terrible check in experience, I arrived almost two hours after check in time (4pm) and the room was available. I was told the room was given to someone else and I may not get the the room type I reserved. I was also told the resort was sold out but when I spoke to the manager, he said that wasn’t true. The room was not what I expected, it was supposed to sleep 3 but it only accommodated two people, the room smelled and was not very clean."

"I enjoyed the hotel. I do not like rooms that are close to the hotel HVAC system. Room 672 looks out over the parking garage & the hotel HVAC, I would def request a different Side of the hotel to avoid the and food smells from hotel kitchen blowing into the room. other than that, I would definitely stay again. I am super picky about hotels and prefer hotels with balcony to get fresh air."
