Another enjoyable stay
As soon as we could we booked this lovely apartment for our second stay. We have stayed in two other apartments in the area but this is our favorite. You cannot beat the location, comfort, and convenience. The apartment is spotless and the beds are comfortable. Doug is a gracious and thoughtful host. I mistakenly booked us as two adults forgetting that our adult daughter would be staying with us. I informed Doug who generously waived the fee for the third guest. We look forward to staying again and will book as soon as we can.

Thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable
Communication with host was proactive and excellent from the time of booking. Check in/out instructions were clear. This property is in a beautiful neighborhood! Convenient to beach, attractions and shopping. Decor and equipment are VERY thoughtfully selected. Plenty of personal paper goods and cleaning items. Bedding was beautiful and comfy. We will definitely stay here when we return!

Family Visit
Very cute unit that had everything that we needed. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Owners were very accommodating with our check in. Our daughter lives a few blocks away and we are looking forward to returning again in the near future.

Great location and well decorated unit!
The location is only 6 homes from the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. There's a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and towels for renters. The kitchen was well stocked. Doug, the property manager was very responsive and a great communicator. I would highly recommend this place.

Best place to stay in Corona Del Mar
The apartment was cozy and charming. The beds were comfortable. It had every amenity you could want - in unit washer and dryer came in handy; kitchen was equipped with anything you needed; the sliding door brought in lovely breezes; the hvac system kept us warm and cool as desired. Loved the garage door opener and the parking spot. Cannot say enough positives about it! Would love to have the chance to stay here again.

We came for work but having the beach so close to wear we stayed made the trip that much more memorable. The Airbnb was beautiful, very clean, and the owners/hosts were always available when I needed to make contact for questions I had. Awesome Airbnb and we will absolutely be back to this one! Perfect Get-a-way!
Staying at this VBRO rental in Corona Del Mar was perfect for us. The proximity to the beach was great and the rental itself was lovely. The owner was very informative about the details of the rental as well as recommendations about the area. We loved staying there and hope we can do so again!

We are already talking about a return trip to Seaview Getaways
This stay was a girl’s getaway. The two of us stayed in one of the 2 bed/1 bath units. We were so pleased with the cleanliness and the comfort of our unit. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the comfortable beds and plentiful linens. We mostly dined out, but noted the well-equipped kitchen . The location is fantastic! Easy walk to cafes/restaurants. We enjoyed morning and evenings walks through the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. And, we loved that the beach was a block away. Many thanks to the owner for the helpful property details he provided along with activity and dining suggestions. Next time we will bring our husbands and stay in the 2 bed/2 bath unit. I highly recommend Seaview Getaways.

Fantastic Vacation Rental
We really enjoyed our stay, the property was everything we needed! Great location to walk to restaurants and the beach, comfortable furnishings, washer/dryer, garage, clean, nice patio space, organized kitchen, a/c, beach supplies and television. Great stay for the 4th!
Unit was clean and as pictured. Close/walking distance to many beaches and tide pools, restaurants and more. Short drive to crystal cove state park where we enjoyed a full day. Walk two blocks to prime fireworks seating! Great stay with our family, would definitely return!

Perfect for relaxation and young family
My family and I just returned from a week at this property and had a great time. The property was exactly as described, and Doug was extremely responsive and helpful. We had our 9 month old daughter and 3.5 year old son with us. The pack n play was clean and fit perfectly in a corner of the room with the queen sized bed. The condo was pretty child proof. My daughter was just starting to crawl and didn’t get into anything she really shouldn’t. We also had some of our extended family over for dinner, and we had enough room to hang out. Highly recommended and we are going back in December!

Always love coming back to west coast and CDM is the perfect town to stay when I comeback. This was my first time renting this house, it’s was great and I will definitely rent again - beautiful decor, clean, short walk to coastline and great restaurants/shopping walking distance or 5 minute drive.

We were so pleased with this rental as it served our needs perfectly. It was helpful to have a garage spot available at all times, the beach items were a unique and welcome touch and the bed and linens were so comfortable. All the Comforts - Great Location!
Everything was spotless, the bedding was luxurious, the kitchen was well-equipped, the A/C worked flawlessly (NEEDED in August!) and the location couldn't be beat. Everything we needed was a short walk away. In one direction, the beach - in the other direction, restaurants and shopping. And Balboa island & peninsula was a very short drive away.

Hi Mike, Enjoyed meeting you in person at check-in. We appreciated that you brought the two issues to our attention during your stay, which we offered to fix, but respect that you decided to wait until you checked out since they were so minor. For those reading, here are the two issues. 1. the pull chain for overhead fan in guest bedroom was broken by the previous guest - the fans are Secondary cooling, as we have AC throughout the property, and we provided a table fan for his use as well. 2. He mentioned to us that the water flow in the bathroom sink was slow. We had a plumber come out after the stay, and replaced the aerator on the end of the faucet. For the. benefit of those reading, we had all the pipes replaced within the last 6 years, and have consistent comments about how good our water pressure is, especially the shower. It's important to us that our guests have a premier experience at our locations, and do everything we can to make that possible.

I was surprised by how great the location of the condo was. One block from the ocean and two blocks away from great restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is only a few minute walk away. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and posh. The condo was clean and access to it was easy. I felt like I was right at home. Extremely cozy. Will definitely stay there again.

What a cute place - convenient to the beach!
Just as advertised, this place was the perfect place for us! It is definitely roomy enough for 4 people, but super cozy for us two. Doug was so proactive in reaching out with suggestions of things to do and places to dine even before we got out there, and he was always available via text/phone if there were any questions. Check-in and out was super easy! Place was decorated very tastefully, and the kitchen seems pretty new. Its literally about 2 blocks from the ocean! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Disneyland/ beach getaway
I took my mom and two daughters on a Disneyland trip but wanted the best of both worlds- beach and Disney. This was the perfect location being 30 min from Disneyland-priced well, adorable and located a block from the beautiful Corona Del Mar beach! The condo was just as pictured and well equipped with everything we needed for our beach days. Doug was amazing- very responsive and sent me videos of things to do while we were there. I will absolutely stay here again!

A Gem in Corona Del Mar`
Just got back from a terrific week at this property. Doug and The property is exactly as described and as pictured. Rachel are friendly and welcoming hosts. They manage the property professionally and efficiently. Impeccably clean. Comfortable beds. The beach is two blocks away. Grocery, coffee shop, pharmacy were all walking distance. We hope to return. Highly recommended.
