Nestled between the Balboa and Newport Beach Piers on the Balboa Peninsula. This mid century 4 unit building is located on West Balboa Blvd. It's perfect for walks on the beach to either pier location with many fine restaurants. It is also a short stroll to the Balboa Ferry, Fun Zone and Catalina Flyer. In the wee hours of the morning, when all is quite the surf can be heard. This "STUDIO" apartment has A/C, granite counter tops, updated cabinets, a full kitchen, small bathroom with shower, comfy queen size captain’s bed with drawer space underneath, Smart TV with Cable and Free Wifi. Garage Parking for a Sub-Compact Car.This ground floor unit overlooks the shared garden patio. Grill your own burger, steak or hot dog's on our Weber Gas BBQ. Beach Chairs and Beach Towels are provided for your use. One of the wonderful things to do is wake up grab a cup of coffee and go watch the surf roll in. SLP13793
