  • Two houses from the sand and two house from the bay, this newly remodeled, 1000 square foot two bedroom, one bathroom luxury condominium with two patios, is ideally located west of Pacific Coast Highway and is a 15 second walk to one of the top rated beaches in the USA. This beautiful beach house sits in between both of Newport Beach’s piers and is centrally located to everything our beach town has to offer. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. Our home is fully furnished with modern décor, has a washer & dryer in the condo and offers free Wi-Fi and cable tv streaming.
    Loud parties or having more guests then permitted will result in immediate eviction.
