"Deceptive from the outside. Very nice carpeting, nice rooms with heavy doors, quiet. The rooms were very nice and very clean and the beds and pillows were fantastic!! Very nice people at the front desk, the young lady who took care of breakfast, and all the maids that you passed by in the hallways. A big thumbs up for a great day at a great price! Thank you!"

"Great hotel very well designed and everything, staff seem entitled had better customer service at a McDonalds. No one greeted me when walking in at all during my entire stay except once from valet. Pretty sure that should be common courtesy from a “4 star” hotel. Had a pretty good interaction with a waiter but other than that I didn’t even wanna interact with the employees. All I can say is great in every way but customer service sucked.😅"

"Breakfast was good, didn't seem like the usual reheated breakfast meals that most hotels have. Pool was amazing, stays heated at 80 degrees. We booked hotel on accident, but turned it to be a nice little trip. Only down side is they charge for parking, not sure why, you would think it's included since nightly rate is not that cheap. Hotel staff was nice, although for some reason some of the female workers seem snappy. Over all nice/clean hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel however we weren’t aware the pool and outside bar was going to be closed for an event. That was one of the reasons we booked this specific hotel. We wanted to do dinner as well but it was beyond packed. Overall beautiful hotel. "
