"Worst stay on my 4-star hotel list. It didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. All of the staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one."

"I had stayed at this hotel several times before the pandemic. Those days were nice. The hotel was very clean. However, now the hotel is not in good shape and does need a refresh. The biggest issue is that it needs a super deep clean. My room had obvious spilled beverages on the floor that had not been cleaned up or vacuumed, and my room was very dusty. There was also what looked like a poop mark on my blanket. I complained and the room was freshened up but still the spoil marks remained. It’s also $8 to do a laundry. The hallway and elevators were never vacuumed or wiped down the whole five days I stayed. I won’t stay here again. This hotel is overpriced."

"Hotel was good. Room was clean. Hallway smelled weird. And they make you pay for your parking in a parking lot that anyone can drive into. So doesn’t really make sense to me."

"Mariel was a wonderful host. Timely communication and follow up to my questions. The property is located in a family friendly area of Denver. It’s about 15 minutes from the city center. The property is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and within walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This place was great, staff was excellent, and parking was excellent. The only recommendation would be to have a restaurant/ bar downstairs for those who are feeling peckish and don’t want to leave the property "

"I always feel like i’m at home when I enter Staybridge and see the same friendly face! The desk staff-blonde with an accent! has been there everytime i’ve stayed and I truly enjoy her smile and willingness to help with whatever is needed! the breakfast is always exceptional as well and that staff equally as friendly!!!"

"The property was clean but I didn’t know there was a tenant living in the basement. He was very loud the entire evening. I believe he was playing video games. There was no door going down to the basement from the main level. A door would have helped to mitigated the noise, also not being familiar with the house especially at night I felt could have been dangerous. We left the light on in the kitchen so we wouldn’t make a wrong turn and fall down the stairs. The bed was comfortable but in desperate need of new pillows they were completely flat. The host was not super responsive, I had a question and it took him 3 hours to respond. "
