There are 2 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Also there is a small single trundle bed suitable for a child. Including the sofa bed in the living room the property can sleep 6 people.
First Floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 Superking 1 double, and one single trundle bed.
Separate bathroom - shower over bath.
Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included.
HEATING: The property has a Radiator in each room and is heated via the boiler in the bathroom. The heating is automatic and will come on and off at certain times of the day.
HOUSE RULES: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors - ashtrays are provided in the yard.
- Pets are very welcome at the property.
TRANSPORT & AMENITIES The property is situated in the village of New Hartley, there are bus stops nearby. The house is 2.3 miles from the beautiful village of Seaton Sluice with the most amazing Fish and Chip Restaurant, 4 pubs, a wonderful unspoiled beach and sand dunes. The club at Seaton Sluice has entertainment also.
Seaton Delaval Hall (National Trust) is just 1.3 miles or a 26 minute walk.
Seaton Delaval is 2 miles - there are 2 supermarkets, and several takeaways etc.
Cramlington is 4 miles with a large shopping centre.
The New Hartley Residents Club is next door to the property but far enough away so as not to disturb. The club has an outdoor area and hosts local bands on Saturday nights.
Just a 15 minute walk up the road is the Secret Garden - which has a lovely coffee shop, beer garden with street food and drinks.
