"I had to book this hotel at the last minute due to a cancelled flight. I appreciated the free airport shuttle, and the bed was fairly comfortable. My fridge was not working, but when I called the front desk to report it, someone came up immediately to resolve it (it was an easy fix)."

"The staff were really friendly, and the hotel room was really clean. I am OCD about health, so the last thing I want to see is mold or cockroaches. No bugs anywhere in my room, and our bathroom was stunningly beautiful too. Normally I wear shower shoes, but the floors were clean enough I contemplated not wearing them. Security seemed super friendly towards guests, and the AC unit worked well. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"
