"The sofa has stained, the coffee machine was not clean"

"Clean and comfortable room. Tiny bathroom but not a deal breaker. Affordable stay for wanting to get into the city and not wanting Manhattan prices. Would stay again! "

"The room was nice and quiet. I had a good stay at the hotel but when I woke up the next morning, the breakfast area had no coffee and their breakfast wasn’t very appetizing."

"Hotel is clean and the staff are happy as can be. The furniture shows wear but they are doing a remodel . Breakfast is the same as any of the chain hotels. We really liked how quite it was and there is a giant grocery store 300 feet and many eating places maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile away . Especially the Kenilworth Diner!"

"Waited for almost one hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, even though the ride from the airport to the hotel is about 7 min . . . so the shuttle should be arriving approx. every 15min. We had booked a room for 5, and the pull-out sofa was not made. The front desk informed me that there is bedding in the closet, so we were able to do it ourselves, but it should have been made prior to our arrival. The breakfast variety was very good and tasty."

"Great location if you’re going to an event near Prudential center, property is closed to park, Penn station and some stores, room was clean did find some long hairs on my bed sheets which means they weren’t changed after previous guest left. Lobby has some weird green lights makes it creepy."

"I came from a 12 day excursion in Greece. Comfort Inn bed was the most comfortable bed of the whole trip. Sheets were so soft!"

"Must be in a remodel stage. Took a while to check in with the correct paperwork. Noisy room next to ours all night partying. Exit gate not working when we had to catch a flight after we followed the instructions. Good for a cheap hotel night that’s for sure. "
