The place was okay the room was big enough for 3 people. Unfortunately the curtains in the room are coming out from the rod, looking sooo ghetto.there was no water when we arrived and only one elevator was working. Very strong Marijuana smells on the only elevator available. Im not sure if i would ever book here again.

Water was not draining properly in the tub. The iron leaks water in your clothing because it’s broke. The spout came off the waffle dispenser when I pressed it and batter started spilling out. One of the kitchen workers named Victoria was very rude about it. She acted like it was my fault the nozzle came off n all but pushed me out of the way I apologized and she ignored me. They were stocking the under cabinet supplies while guests were trying to get food rather than doing it before or after breakfast. More training may be needed. On a good note, the room was clean. The food was good and the breakfast area very clean. Parking should be included in the hotel rate.

I was so happy with how quiet the hotel was. I never heard any noise all night. After an 8 hour flight across a different time zone that was very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The shower was very roomy. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall not a bad place to stay. The staff were very helpful and guided us to cheaper, more convenient, local transport options. The free airport shuttle was nice but you do have to sign up for a time at the desk when using it to leave the hotel. The only downside was there was some construction going on the water pipes when we got there so bathroom was unusable for some time. When the water did come back on, it tasted quite awful for the duration of the stay. Other than that, a nice trip.

Great place. Especially liked the plugs on each side of the bed as my husband and I both have CPAP machines. Easy transportation into NY city.

The first room we got, the toilet did not work, nor the phone to call the front desk to report it. The next room we got, the clock did not work and the shower lacked hot water. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, and the shuttle driver to the airport was very personable and kind.

Pretty good stay. Room was quite comfortable and mine had a great view of the Manhattan. Breakfast was good as well. Located very close to the airport, which was convenient. Shuttles to the hotel were on time. Newark Penn station is less than 10 mins but If you are new to the city and taking your own rental or cab just be mindful of the exits back TO the hotel. Quite a few cab drivers missed the exits multiple times making trips from Newark Penn station to the hotel a lengthy one. Overall a pleasant stay!

Everything was fine except for the shuttle ride to the hotel. I waited more than one hour to get the ride. I observed the driver enter the area then slow down a little and leave. It did not give me time to alert him that I need a ride. That part of the experience was frustrating. However the rest of the time made up for my poor start.

Stayed here last night. Wanted to be able to give all 5 stars but couldn't. Not major issues, would probably stay again - 1. one elevator was out of service and the other one took a bit of time, 2. You pay for parking and after coming back from our event there was NO PARKING. Cars were literally parked up on curbs and along areas you normally couldn't park. The room was nice and clean. Free coffee. Was able to get a cup when we checked in but when we were leaving it was empty.
