"Solid hotel it is clean and double room was a good size for the city. Pet friendly for an extra fee. "

"The lighting in the room was terrible and practically non existent. Bathroom tap had little to no water on the fifth floor. The room key card stopped working midway through the stay. No drinking water supplied. The windows are all blacked out with posters/stickers. Sleeping was difficult on the second night due to smoking smell in the room. Low price is misleading. Don’t recommend."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. One thing I really appreciated was that breakfast was free for my toddler every morning, which she absolutely enjoyed—it made our mornings so much easier. The location is also fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants, and the iPic movie theater is within walking distance, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again in the future!"

"Reserved a Luxury King (larger room with workspace) and was instead given a smaller Classic King with no desk—a completely different room category. I raised the issue at the front desk the same night. Staff were polite, but the hotel couldn’t resolve it. Ended up leaving and booking another hotel at significant additional cost. Disappointing that a reservation can be confirmed but not honored, and then still treated as “non-refundable.” "
