"The price for the location was outstanding. There are 700 rooms in the hotel. This is a big property and you feel it. Security is excellent. The only thing that stopped me from giving higher scores was the fact that my bedroom had no towels. It took over an hour at 3:00 am to get them. Room was clean. The mattress was very firm and the sheets were high quality.
I had an important meeting 10 minutes away in the morning. I arrived at 2:00 am and left at 8:00 am. For my purposes this was a great location. Keep in mind that it is not a five-star place. The resort fee was and is annoying but you find them everywhere. If you need a place to sleep in New York City and you want to be close to everything, this is a good place to consider."
