"FABULOUS location and the doorman was spectacular!! Needed more seating in the lobby for those waiting. Three small benches for nine people is not enough. The shower curtain rod was broken in one of our rooms, causing the curtain to slide towards the middle of the sagging rod. The other room had some left over trash from a previous person in the bathroom."

"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"
