Sleek, contemporary hotel with expansive views out over the Hudson. Complimentary access to the massive Equinox Hudson Yards gym was a lifesaver, and I appreciated the hotel’s unique focus on health and wellness.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Equinox Hotel. The staff, the rooms, restaurant are all top notch stellar service and amenities. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that my stay is perfect. I don't want to stay anywhere else whenever I visit NYC.

Staff is not trained to accommodate higher end clientele. The Infrared sauna benefit which is included for Expedia VIP Platinum members was repeatedly not honored at the spa and created stress which is counter productive in a wellness experience. Most spas include sauna in admission. The promotion is misleading as well as it says treatment included which implies service such as massage or facial

The staff attitude particularly at the spa marred the experience. Services included for VIP access in Expedia were not honored without significant back and forth which defeats the purpose of a wellness visit. The included service advertised as a treatment turns out to be sauna and even that is not included per reservation as advertised. Dining options are extremely limited on premise and menu choices are few at best

Had a wonderful stay at the Equinox in NY; the staff were top-notch—friendly and extremely responsive to issues. The high cost of food was noticeable, but it seems in line with the luxury experience offered by the hotel.

The absolute best stay at any hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life!! This place is not just a hotel but an entire way of life!! Worth every penny of indulgence and it has inspired our life for the better. Stayed on the side where we were right over the giants waste bin, looking down into it while enjoying breakfast was cool. Saunas and cold plunge was more than invigorating it was life inspiring, and the inside facilities were all very clean and accessible. We didnt even go to the actual spa and still had so many things to do, I only wish we had more time to have tried some of the classes they offered and also just for another steamy/ice dip on the rooftop!! Room was the best sleep we’ve had in years, shower and all the products offered were great. Enjoyed some cbd products too that helped relax n sleep even deeper. Thanks to all the Equinox staff, they are truly TOPS in every regard! Pam & Ken
