    We had a wonderful stay! The clean and well-appointed apartment was furnished with everything we needed and the Nolita location was super convenient to restaurants, cafes, deli's, and bars. It's also located just blocks from 2 subway stations which will take you anywhere in NYC. Allan, who greeted and oriented us to the property and location, was very helpful and responsive.

    Our stay here was truly wonderful. Before our arrival, the owner and Allan were very responsive and provided clear instructions for check‑in and access to the building, which made both check‑in and check‑out very smooth. During our stay, they were easy to reach and always willing to help, giving us a strong sense of comfort and security. The location is excellent. The apartment is adjacent to Little Italy and Chinatown, making it easy to walk to many restaurants and cafés. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a major advantage, as it made grocery shopping simple and convenient in this neighborhood. With multiple subway lines nearby, getting around the city and reaching major attractions was efficient every day. We stayed as two couples (four people), and the apartment’s layout worked extremely well. The two bedrooms are separated, allowing each couple to enjoy an appropriate level of privacy and move comfortably without disturbing one another. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with plenty of amenities. Kitchenware, towels, and daily essentials were all provided, and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout our stay. Overall, the combination of location, comfort, and excellent host support made this a fantastic place to stay. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to New York.

    What a vibe!

    Our stay was amazing. Great accommodation right in the heart of Little Italy. So exciting to walk out the front door and the culture greet you. So easy to get to the subway but exploring the area by foot was the best. So much access to great food and experiences. We loved it.

    Great stay!

    This apartment was great for two couples with the bedrooms being at opposite ends of the unit. The neighborhood is pretty lively until around 9pm but it felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. The host was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

    An amazing stay

    The apartment is an amazing place to stay. Located in an area that is literally between two different ways of life. Italy to one side and Asian on the other. There are so many restaurants to chose from each nationality. It’s also close to so many other places of interest. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which gives privacy if needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

    Acceptable but wouldn’t stay again

    Apartment was clean and reasonably well equipped, we found the beds comfortable and the location was convenient. Communication was good. Noise is a bit of an issue however as it’s located above a restaurant that does live music some nights and also above a touristy gift shop that’s open late so there are often people outside talking loudly.Finally the apartment can get a bit stuffy as the windows in one of the bedrooms are bolted shut so getting fresh air is a challenge.

    Fantastic place to stay right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Little Italy and Chinatown. Very convenient to access local sights and transportation. Host is excellent communicator.     Great location, worked well for the four of us to get all around town easily. The apartment was clean and comfy. Great communication and we were able to drop our stuff off early because we needed to check out of our hotel. Be prepared that the restaurant downstairs can be loud some nights, but doesn’t last too long or go too late, so didn’t interrupt our sleep at all. We had a great time!

    Great location right in Little Italy and near Chinatown. So many restaurants/cafes nearby. High recommend the Chai Spot close by. A few blocks to a couple of different subway stops. Nice setup in the apartment and great communication for checkin and check out.

    Allan, the Host is awesome! Greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, then left!The place is very clean and comfy! AND LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. close to subway and the best spot for little italy and Chinatown. P.S. the restaurant only sings for an hour or so and its closed for most of the week.

    Central Location with easy Access to Chinatown, Little Italy and LES

    The place is well furnished, clean and very much as described by the host. The location is great. Only downside: if you have difficulty sleeping if there is noise outside, make sure you bring earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.
