The unit was as advertised, the views were fantastic, the kitchen met all needs and it was so nice to have laundry in the unit. This was our first stay in NYC and this unit met my expectations for the true city feel. Location was great with an easy walk to Times Square, and lots of food options. The grocery store across the street was also very convenient. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay and the host was very accommodating and easy to work with.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with coffees, teas, and spices, as well as bathrooms with toiletries. Great location, close to stores, but the best thing we enjoyed was the City View, we even stayed in and had Pizza one night, just to enjoy it.

We had such a great stay at this VRBO in Hell’s Kitchen. The location was perfect—super easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to do. Transportation was a breeze, which made traveling with our crew really simple.The building itself is beautiful, but the views are what really blew us away. We were wowed by the pictures in the listing, but when we saw it in person, we were honestly overwhelmed with how beautiful it was. It completely exceeded our expectations.Greg was an awesome host. Super accommodating, quick to respond, and always willing to help or give recommendations when we needed them. He made everything really easy from start to finish.We’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend if you’re coming to NYC!

Was a great stay in this amazing location. Owner was very helpful in getting us settled in and communication was good. Having the actual address prior to arrival would have been helpful to avoid the slight confusion in getting to the building. Would love to come and stay again. Wonderful place to explore Manhattan from.

Amazing place

Location (close to time square) is very convenient, not that much to do at night anyway. Fortunately the subway is not so far thus Greenwich is very easy to reach for diner.

We stayed for 8 nights. The apartment was big, clean and modern with fantastic views. We had all the amenities needed to cook, clean etc. Greg was a perfect host. He had someone meet us and take us to the apartment. He called to go over everything and was available 24/7 if needed. The apartment had more than enough supplies for the time we were there. Overall great value for money. We were very happy with our stay

Amazing place

Amazing location everything is a 10ish minute walk or less subway,mall,timesquare. Property is beautiful and has a good view of the some of the city. The property manager was very communicative and helpful and understanding with everything definitely recommend 10/10 would stay again.

Everything was as expected. Great city views with a little river peekaboo. The host, Greg, was great and very accommodating.The check in process was a bit wonky as we met the host offsite and walked across the street with luggage to get to the apartment. The instructions were not clear on the meeting place so we had to get in a second car to get to the intended meeting place, but the host paid for the second car (without me asking) due to the miscommunication.

The stay was absolutely wonderful experience frim beginning to end. The Property Manager Greg was Great. Kept in touch and made sure from beginning and throughout stay we were well accomodated. We had a spectacular corner view of the city which spectacular. The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. The proximity of the place was close and accessible to many things we wanted to experience, Time Square was a 12 -15 min walk, Hudson Yards was close by and transportation was readilty available via Uber, bus transit or just walking to experience the NYC scene. I would definitely recommend others visiting NYC to stay at this apartment if you want to enjioy a comfortable and relaxing experience in NYC.

Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night.

The apartment was very quiet, clean, and in a great location. The views were also amazing!! Everything I needed was in the apartment, and if there wasn't, Greg was right on standby to tell me where to go. I visit NYC every change I get, and I would love to stay here again. Thank you for hosting!

Did have in-unit washer dryer, large TV, toaster, coffee maker.Plenty of shops nearby. Location is very far west side, 3 long blocks (avenues) to subway which was fine; crosstown bus right there.

An excellent place to stay!

We were a group of 3 adults whom stayed for 7 nights in this fabulous apartment. The view both during the day and night was absolutely fantastic! The bed, couch and pillows were very comfortable for sleep. And the water pressure in the shower was just right. We had plenty of towels. Although we did no cooking, the kitchen was well stocked. It was great feeling like a New York local. Greg and Clara were both wonderful with explaining how everything worked in the apartment. We had no issues to call them about. I would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay

The property is about 10 min walk from Times Square and major subway station. Apartment was nicely furnished and had all the necessary amenities (even washer and dryer). Clean, great view, very safe building not just anyone can come in. TV had various TV apps. The check in/out were seamless. The host was very professional, friendly and responded to our messages within minutes, giving us even ideas for dining options. When something broke in the apartment he had it fixed within hours. He was absolutely great! I totally recommend this place and host.

Greg was very helpful, communication was perfect, and the location was great, a 10-minute walk from Times Square. However, the house wasn't as nice as we expected given the price we paid. It had an unpleasant smell, was a bit dirty, and had been neglected. I found receipts and dirt from April 2025 under the bed and couch, a sign that it wasn't cleaned. Hair that wasn't ours was on the mattress, under the couch cushions, and everywhere in the bathroom. I washed the windows myself because they were covered in grease and dirt, a few stained towels, the washer and dryer were full of mold, the microwave was also dirty, and the dishwasher hadn't been maintained, so it had bits of food in it from who knows how long ago. There were four of us, but the bed was for two. There are two fold-out beds in the closet that we had to make ourselves. We basically removed the bedside tables from the bedroom and moved the bed to fit the other two in the same room because there was no other room, even though we knew there were four of us arriving. The sheets were still wet and folded. All this at 10 pm after a 12-hour trip, with suitcases and very tired and hungry children. The kitchen and laundry room were equipped with everything we needed, and the view of the city was beautiful.

Amazing stay

We are an Australian couple in our early 50s, first time ever to NYC. Perfect location and apartment. Photos are very accurate, and of course in person the apartment and views are even better. Bedroom and entire apartment was very quiet. We stayed five nights and didn’t hear a thing. Bathroom is modern. Kitchen has all you need - we made toast, cooked pasta, had cups of tea with a proper electric kettle. Bonus is the washer and dryer which even comes with detergents. We went in February where outside temperatures were -10 C, but never needed to turn on the air conditioning the entire stay, as the apartment was well insulated and never felt cold. Access into the building and the room was seamless, and no one at reception bothers you. The absolute best part of this apartment is the north facing views of Manhattan. The photos do not do it justice. I just sat and endlessly gazed out. Location is literally 10 minute walk directly east into Times Square, but you felt so far removed from the bustle and noise. We walked all around the area and into Times Square / subway each day, and felt safe no matter what time it was. Supermarkets/grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (one across from the building which was well priced). Our host Greg was always on hand to help via phone, and he went out of his way to ensure we had the most comfortable and best experience, which we did. Would absolutely book this again if returning to NYC.

Just back from a week in New York. The apartment and its location were excellent, with many of the major landmarks and attractions within a 10 to 30-minute walk. The views from the apartment were fantastic and really added to the experience. The host was readily available for any queries and responded quickly throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in New York.
