For starters, another place that was not as advertised. Roaches in the apartment. Several scurried across the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We were only there for 1 night and we will never work with this host again. We got there and checking in was a nightmare. We paid for parking next to the address we were given where we would be staying and the contract tried checking us in and apparently something happened and they didn't have the apt ready or they had rented it to someone else- either way they informed me they would have to put us somewhere else but it was far away from there which means we paid for parking for overnight there and needed to go somewhere else. They shuttled us to new place but now our car couldn't be accessed easily. I placed the trip around this address if that makes better sense and this messed up everything and they did not care. We needed everything to be in close proximity to where we were staying because we only had the weekend to make the most of it. Special weekend for my daughter's birthday. Spent allot of money on this trip too. Don't rent from these people. Terrible customer service and lack of care or responsibility for their business
