This is my third stay at this hotel. The staff is wonderful. The upgraded rooms are very nice and comfortable. Once they get the elevators fixed, it will be even better.

Great Hotel for price! Location is perfect especially for first timers to NY. Rooms were older but clean. Loved the cafe. Cute w/a very friendly staff & a great variety. Wish it stood open a bit later. The only negative - the elevators. Will def stay here again!

While we were staying at this property the elevator was being worked on. That left one known elevator for all to use. Later in our trip we found a service elevator that we could use. The staff did not provide information on what elevator’s could be used. The bathrooms were still relatively dirty. When an item (conditioner) was requested from guest services I needed to call multiple times to receive it.

Staff were great and dealing with an elevator issue. The room was a bit disappointing, we had a deluxe king, but it felt like a regular hotel room. There was only one pull down shade so the city lights came through at night. Could’ve used a blackout curtain. No coffee or tea in the room. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay

I was in town for a conference nearby and the location was great for easy walking to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is an issue with getting an elevator in a timely manner but I just planned ahead or took the stairs if I was going down. The bed was very comfortable. I did not see a fridge in the room unless I messed it. Carpet is ready to be replaced. All in all, a great location and good price for being 3 blocks from Central Park.
