We only had one night for our New York stay, but after checking into the Kixby, we wished we had more! Very stylish with classy touches: real cut glass water glasses in the room, a fancy water machine that they give you nice water bottles for plus all kinds of coffee, nice bath products, etc. The staff was soooo kind and helpful!!! We walked around the corner to the Empire State Building, enjoyed walking around all the shopping in that area. REALLY enjoyed our quick little stay at a very special hotel.

Loved the water bottle hand out when we checked in and the water station. Hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Staff were all wonderful and kind. Our room was the perfect size. Wish it had a bit more storage in the bathroom. Our main bedroom door was a little sticky so we had to really shove on the door in order to open it. Overall we loved it and would stay again!
