I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. "In 2025 not having reliable WiFi- whether the free or the “premium” (capped at 8mbps if it decides to allow you to connect after you pay) is unconscionable. Someone needs to tell them it’s not the year 2000 anymore. Many other options at their price point. Avoid. "

Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"We only stayed for 2 nights but it was absolutely lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a high street down the road which was very convenient when we wanted a snack and went out for dinner. Bed was extremely comfortable and air conditioning helped with the unexpected heatwave. Lots of options for breakfast as well which I loved. Would absolutely stay there again the next time I come to London. "

"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."
