It was so unique and just gorgeous inside. We had a balcony overlooking the pool. The view was great. Close to everything but far enough away so that itwas quiet.

We stay here every time we go to Nola. It has charm and character. Avoid balconies facing the street though if you want to get any sleep.

The location of Olivier House is perfect. It’s not even a full block off Bourbon Street but it’s quiet. You would never know there is a hotel there except there is a sign that hangs above the door. You go through a wooden door and into the lobby area. John that works the desk in the daytime is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is truly a hidden gem.

We will definitely be back! It is an older hotel, but that's what makes it so awesome. The staff are some of the most friendly I've encountered in my travels. The hotel is almost 200 years old but is still in fantastic condition well maintained. And don't forget about the cats they're awesome too. I felt safe as a single mom traveling with two daughters in New Orleans.
