We loved our balcony view over Canal St. We had two towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper which we adequately to our 2 day stay! The room was very nice and loved that there was a kitchen. We will definitely be staying here again.

Room was lovely, clean and just what I needed. Check-in codes were not correct (especially for property front door) which was stressful. Bathroom door had no doorknob, could have been locked in.

The hotel is in a great location, but there were some major things that would have made our stay better. We arrived on Friday and got a room with a balcony, except there were no handles on the doors so we were never able to use the balcony. We contacted the company and they said someone would come fix it and they never did. The door in the shower looked like it was about to fall off the track which was not great since it was an all glass door. Also, the TV needed to be changed to HDMI4 and there were no instructions and the remote wasn't working. I was able to contact the company and they responded that night, but there should be instructions for the TV since every time it gets turned on it needs to be changed. Trying to find parking was a pain. We have an oversized vehicle and we ended up spending almost $150 for the weekend to park.

Actually not a bad property but for the refrigerator that mystically did not work even AFTER they replaced our fridge with another non working fridge. Great balcony though and the people were very responsive and tried to do us well in the end.

The room was modern and esthetically pleasing. It looked just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable. There were some issues with check in but I was able to get a rep over the phone and get it rectified. It should be disclosed there is no parking other than a few paid parking spots out front of the building.

Dont expect fresh towels or toilet paper even if you call multiple times over a few days. Hotel is not staffed so no one is accountable for guests running out of necessities. I don’t go to hotels expecting to have to buy my own toilet paper.

Great location so no need for a car or cabs. Convenient check in via text information. Contacted the information line on our first day because we had no soap in the bathroom....no hand soap or body wash in the shower. Was told they would try and get some to us but it never arrived. The shower dial was very very tight. So tight that my husband thought he might break it off the wall trying to turn the water on, The fridge was broken as it did not keep our food cold no mater what setting we tried. It also made loud ticking sounds. Upon checkout I would have liked to start the dishwasher but there were no dish washer tabs provided. Bed was comfy and TV was huge. Nice deck outside you could enjoy if the weather was nice.

It’s pretty just like the pictures you may have a hard time getting in at first but always go down to the black box to put the 5dight code in the the sliver box that’s where I had trouble at but I called them and she stayed otp until we were in. And also I think they should put more than 1 roll of tissue in the unit at least 2 rolls. But it’s nice we loved it.
