You’ll love my place because of the location, it is loaded with New Orleans charm (chandeliers, fireplaces, high ceilings, wood floors) This condo is the back upper unit-2 private side balconies; 1 block to Annunciation Square; 1.5 miles to French Quarter; 2 blocks to Magazine St; 5 min. walk to St. Charles; 10 min. walk to convention center; 1 mile to I-10; location is fantastic. 2 Off-street gated parking spaces.

Great stay

Interesting, quirky old apartment with modern updates. Location is good for access to the city's delights. Long, curving entry stairs may be an issue for some. Owner was responsive when a problem arose. Neighbors are friendly. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Great food and a brewery in walking distance. I had an excellent stay and would do it again.
