This place was amazing!! Other than the remote not working properly, it was a perfect stay. The room was so clean and had everything we needed! You don’t see many hotels offering Dove as their complimentary shampoo and conditioner! The bar area was perfect if you didn’t want a crazy night on Bourbon steeet. We only got breakfast at the restaurant, but that was great too! A must try while you’re there is the king cake latte at the coffee cart. I’m still dreaming about it and regretting not asking for the recipe to make it at home. If you want something far enough away from the noise but still walkable, this is a great pick! Even if you don’t want to walk, a Lyft there was super cheap and quick! Parking was also easy and convenient since we could easily get to our car and take it in and out daily! If we ever go back, we will definitely be staying here again!!

This Holiday Inn was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We got in to New Orleans at least eight hours before our check in time and just asked if we could keep our luggage there temporarily. They were able to check us in at that time, no waiting, which was very helpful.

It was great. 10/10 would stay again. There was a gentleman working at the restaurant, I believe his name was Anthony or Antonio, who was very kind and accommodating. We didn’t realize the breakfast was made-to-order and not buffet style and only had about 10 minutes to get something to eat. He had our food ready for us and packaged in record time!

This was a good place to stay. It's a short walk to Bourbon street but also far enough to have a quiet stay. I felt very safe throughout the stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property!

Not a fan of the parking situation. Parking should be added to your bill instead of having to keep paying everytime you exit. There was plenty of security but people were still smoking in the hallways. The room was clean and seemed to be newly remodeled.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer parking that way. If you set up the parking with the front desk agent at check in they will give you a parking card to get in and out the garage and the parking will be charged to your room.

Unfortunately, my room was terrible and disappointing. I stayed in the Holiday in Many times but the Room I got was really upsetting. My room was small and on the 9th floor, so It was right next to the pool which was weird and My Balcony was locked so I couldn't enjoy the downtown view. And I booked my room in month in advance for good price and hoping that I will get a great room. Unfortunately I did not, and it kind of ruined my New Orleans Experience. Next Time I'll go to New Orleans I will just stay in a different Hotel for a different and hopefully better Experience.

Bring your own toilet paper & towels! It was a constant nightmare trying to get toilet paper and fresh towels for our room (they make your beds, but they don't refresh toilet paper or towels). The pool NEVER had towels either. Calling the front desk to complain meant calling back several times and it took over an hour to get any TP or towels to the room. We will never stay here again.

When family and I arrived the customer service woman sign me up for IHG program it was fast and easy. The hotel was clean and we could easily get to every where we went via Uber or on foot.i will be returning to this establishment

This hotel at best was an average stay. The room floor was dirty with hair and food crumbs. I am an active duty army service member with a service dog. Upon booking the hotel stay I thoroughly checked to see if animals were allowed on the property, and service animals were. When checking in I provided the necessary information. At checkout the party that I met at the hotel was charged an animal cleaning fee when in fact they did not have an animal with them. When the front desk was told the party did not have a pet the staff went on to tell the person she was seen with the dog at midnight the day after check in which was a blatant lie and attempted to keep the additional charges on their stay. I even told the security guard after checking in that I am military with a service animal, he stated it was fine. All in all this was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with this hotel and staff. I have never experienced this with other brands such as Marriott and Hilton. Will not be returning and will contact corporate.
