The property is very close to Canal and the street cars. We stayed at many many Holiday Inn express and on a scale of one to 10 I would give this one. A five. The furniture is old and outdated in the lobby. We were not offered the option of daily room service or not we were not acknowledged as IHG members I requested pillows. They did not come. I asked for a wake up call I did not receive it. I asked to book a taxi and it was not done so the front desk. Service left a bit to be desired.

The staff was very nice, hotel was a little run down, but it’s in a safe area. Super close to everything including bourbon street, French district, convention center, art district. It’s a good central area if you’re trying to explore Nola proper

Good place. Very reasonable option to avoid paying much higher-cost hotels in the area, if there on business. Lots of issues with billing and booking through Expedia. Breakfast was fair. Don't expect a banquet or a buffet. All was good except for the microwave omelets. Otherwise, I would certainly return.
