Great accommodations for large group

Spacious and comfortable accommodations for our group of 8. We had no complaints or criticisms. If we could have asked for more of our preferences to be met it would have been more comfortable if the 4th bedroom had a tv and we would have like to have had a broom available to us.

Big Condo and Decent Location

It is really hard to find a place with four bedrooms at a decent place and this place had what we needed. My parents and two teens were on the trip and it worked for us. Just 15-20 min away from the FQ and lots nearby. Super clean. Only one bedroom has a window, though, which I don’t notice when I booked. Living room was OK but wish it had more comfortable furniture. Overall, it’s relatively cheap for the space and number of bedrooms. But a bit of a walk to the FQ and not as charming. But it’s quiet and reasonably priced.

Wonderful Xmas in New Orleans!

We purposely booked this property knowing it was much larger than we needed for 4 adults (me, my husband, and our 2 sons), and it was great to be able to spread out during our 6 days/5 nights there. The living area was spacious, but the furniture wasn't the most comfortable and one of the side chairs had rickety unstable legs. It would have been nice to have a larger (sectional?) sofa that all 4 of us could have fit on. The oval table in the kitchen/dining area was an unusual shape, but it worked well for us to eat and play games together. Even though we didn't need them, the dining area was well-equipped with 8 chairs.The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were small and 1 shower had terrible water pressure. It was annoying that there was nowhere to store toiletries in the showers, and more bathroom counter space would have been appreciated. It also would have been nice to have a large mirror somewhere outside the bathrooms. Oddly, there was no kleenex in the unit, and when I asked about it, I was told, "Kleenex is not available at the moment." Thankfully, there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels.The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere and only had to Uber to one destination outside NOLA. Overall, we had a great holiday vacation, and we much preferred staying at a VRBO property instead of a hotel. We would recommend this property to others.
