Absolutely horrible to find! No sign out front. Room was beautiful! Barrett was the worst person to deal with! He refused to let us have 1 HOUR check out! It was my wedding day!

Could’ve been better

The bathroom was small and there was a nail sticking out on this wood where the toilet sat on which was also odd. The door to bathroom couldn’t even be opened all of the way because there was a coffee bar placed next to the bathroom. Also there were times where there was either no hot water or no running water at all in the room.

Let me begin with this, I hate that I had to give this place an actual star in order to leave this review. I'm being overly generous by having to give a star to this run down dump. What an absolute disastrous stay. The staff/property management team are deceitful crooks. The pictures posted of the property are bordering on the line of fraudulent advertisement. My guest and I stayed in room #3 the Bourbon. It claims that it can accommodate up to five guests; two queen beds and a twin sofa bed. The sofa bed might accommodate a toddler at best! We were given 3 washcloths for the five us to use for our two night stay. Now the good stuff..... we had ZERO hot water for our entire stay. The water was freezing cold. The shower head was broken as well. In order to use the 'shower' we had to use the shower head like a handheld hose. The toilet seat should be wrapped in caution tape and be deemed as a safety hazard! It is attached to the toilet by one extremely loose screw. You will slip off that thing faster than sliding on an oil soaked slip-n-slide!!! Also, I can't leave out the part about the toilet handle! It falls outta the tank and just dangles there. Don't fret, you will get the full New Orleans experience by staying at this place. Everything feels damp/wet inside the room because of poor ventilation and humidity, wood floors that are cracked, uneven, and surprising guests with free samples of splinters. You will also be given your very own special gift of grocery store feet.

Dangerous broken toilet that property management accused me of being responsible for.

Broken shower head and faucet. It is also disgustingly filthy. It leaks and drips nonstop. Along with being rusted. Also no hot water came out of this broken shower for our entire stay!

The ripped pillows with holes and exposed foam for the rusted beat up furniture. As well as the glass table, minus the glass of course.
