Live like a local in a huge unit - over 1,700 square feet plus two balconies (one street facing and one courtyard facing). Unit encompasses the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Beautiful original curved staircases, modern kitchen and baths. Wood and tile floors throughout. Central heat and air conditioning. Lovely courtyard shared with only 2 other units. Wifi, Smart TVs. Private Washer/dryer. Move in ready with plenty of towels, sheets, dishes, cookware, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker. Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.).
Walking distance to all the French Quarter has to offer: Bourbon Street, Royal Street, The French Market, Jackson Square, Harrah's Casino and more! Then come home and unwind with a bath in the beautiful claw foot tub.
