Location was safe, comfortable, quiet at night, near public transport and many restaurants, well supplied, and communications were clear. Courtyard and porches were welcome perks!
The property was clean and felt safe. We loved the communal courtyard and the location putting us walking distance to the quarter as well as uptown. This was a perfect spot to house people coming in from out of town for Mardi Gras.
Beautiful property. Very clean and spacious. I was perfect for our family. Close french quarter and bourbon st. Couple block walk to St. Charles which has lots of shops and fantastic restaurants as well as trolly.

Needing basic maintenance
Bathroom vent clogged with lint. Bathroom tap handle turns with the entire unit which is rusted and the water sprays out of the faucet, which is difficult to use without getting wet. Dryer takes multiple rounds to dry, possibly needs to be cleaned at the duct because there was lint around the unit. The pillows are giant bricks. Other than that, it was comfortable and a great location. With basic maintenance it would be great.
We came to NOLA with our two children (5&7) and my mother in law. This area was great to be in with small kids (not right near Bourbon St) but still close to everything. We ventures to the French quarter for an afternoon and ate at a lot of places on magazine St.
The house was very! Big courtyard and a lot of rentals but it was so peaceful. The pool was great to burn some time for the kids. The house was clean, plenty big enough for everyone. Beds were comfortable and kitchen offered everything we'd need. Could use more seating in the living room but that's negligible.
Communication with property management and the security of the house was great.
I took a quick weekend to NO for a birthday party and couldn’t be happier with the property! Thanks @hosteeva and VRBO for making my get away fantastic! Will definitely stay again!
We came to NoLa to celebrate a family member’s birthday. With a few short uber rides to the high traffic areas, we were extremely happy with our stay. The courtyard and pool were great amenities that we used daily! Contact with the host was quick and professional and greatly appreciated!
Great property overall for location, cleanliness and safety. Only negatives: Living area seating/ furniture was inadequate even for 4 people, stained, cig burns and uncomfortable.
Solid stay not too far from garden district and the quarters.
Overall, check in didn’t mention the correct address and the garbage wasn’t removed frequently enough but those are the only downsides I can find. The kids loved the little pool and you could walk to anything you want in about 20-30 minutes.

This Apartment was spacious and plenty of room including the three upstairs bedrooms. The apartment was super clean and the perfect spot to stay in the Garden District. The courtyard is beautiful-fenced in with a privacy/security gate which makes it the perfect and safe place for an outdoor glass of wine.

The house is OK for small families. It is modestly appointed and clearly managed to the bottom line. The master bedroom has a security light on a city owned light pole for safety that is turned directly into the bedroom windows creating a Kubrik level torture device. Not great.

Perfect Location
Perfect vacation house for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. Close Ubers to the quarter were a huge plus and lots of things to do by the house itself. The house itself couldn't be in a better neighborhood. Also surprised to see how high the ceilings were in this home. Pics don't do it justice. The app for the house itself is a nice touch for check in/ out and commutation with the owners. BOOK IT! You won't be disappointed. (p.s. Sick Courtyard)
The property was well located, close to the St. Charles streetcar, although the walk to St,Charles was through streets and sidewalks badly in need of repair. Hosteeva responded to our request for hangers very promptly. On the downside, the beds were lumpy, the pillows incredibly hard and uncomfortable and there are no towel bars in the bathrooms. These defects could be easily remedied. The hot water ran out before 4 of us could shower in the morning.We did not eat in except for minimal breakfast, but there were only 5 dinner plates in a property that sleeps 6-8. Plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. Overall we enjoyed our stay and woukd recommend the property especially if the pillows were replaced.
It is in an excellent location., about half a block from St. Charles. The property was very nice and clean. This area is safe, we parked our car outside and there was no problem.
What made our stay even better was the service provided by Lilia. She is truly amazing. Lilia was checking with us to make sure everything was ok, and if we had any questions or needed anything she was always there to help.
The service Lilia provided was the type of service you receive at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, a world class customer service.

It is hard to select a property when you are not familiar with the area, before we booked we asked a friend that used to live in New Orleans. He told us that this property was located in a safe area and he was absolutely right.

This unit is an upgraded mattress and shower head away from being the perfect stay. It has a really nice courtyard, beautifully tall ceilings, nice kitchen and it just feels very homey. There was always street-parking available right outside the building. The area is nice and quiet and a short walk from some really nice local restaurants/pubs on St. Charles. The biggest downside was the comfort of the beds. My 2 associates said theirs were serviceable enough, but the king mattress in the master bedroom had a large dip, and it was made of some kind of plastic material. I didn’t get much sleep over the 4 day trip. Despite that, I would still recommend this place. Great amount of space and just a very pleasant stay.
Overall this was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of space for the whole family, well furnished and decorated, great courtyard space. Central location, easy streetcar access, lots of nice spots within walking distance. However, a few things were a bit off. It was a bit frustrating to find no pans, only a few pots in the kitchen, as well as only 1 spatula and no other cooking utensils in the kitchen. It would have also been nice to have some sort of cooking oil available, instead of needing to buy a large bottle to use for only a few days. It was also a bit odd to find the ironing board without a cover or pad, making the ironing board useless. We were able to improvise and make things work, but it took a bit away from the otherwise wonderful experience.
