Receptionist was super friendly and check in was smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. We were only there long enough to sleep but had no issues during our stay.

Stayed several nights while family in local hospital. Convenient location once you located it, great price with friendly staff, good hot breakfast, large room with nice bathroom. Parking in garage felt safe and secure. Only disappointment was refrigerator and microwave in room did not work even after reporting the problem.

From the check-in through our stay, the Comfort Inn & Suites at Copeland Tower was just great. Desk Clerk was very professional and gave us good information. Room was clean and well appointed. We will stay again.

The outside doesn’t look like a hotel and it kinda gives creep vibes but honestly was very nice and workers were very friendly. It’s located around the corner from everything so it was very convenient. I would stay again!

The staff there was EXCEPTIONAL! I loved the breakfast in the AM- the only thing I didn’t like was the damp smell in the hotel rooms honestly the only bad things otherwise enjoyed my stay!

Nice spot in good location

This tower is shared with a residential building. It was clean, friendly staff, and felt safe. The breakfast was good. Only complaint is at breakfast if you get there when they’re closing they won’t replenish any missing food. So that sucks for people making it to breakfast later. So get there early,

Exceptional service
Great stay- cleanliness was good, but left some room for improvement. There was a mild smell of cigarette smoke, but it was fine for just our two nights there. Love the continental breakfast, and the service was exceptional. Parking was free. Not too far from Nola proper. Easy drive in and out of town, about 15 min for us.

The property was very clean and nice and the breakfast workers were wonderful and the food was also great. The only complaint would be that maybe once and a while they should scrub the carpets in the rooms and hallways beyond vacuuming. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.
