"I love that the rooms have the option of having three beds in the suite. It made a great for three adults traveling. The price was very reasonable. The only cons were that the gym was not well maintained and breakfast was sparse. Other than that it was a good experience and I would probably stay there again."

"The desk staff were unknowledgeable about check out procedures and could not provide a printed receipt. The sink apparently backed up while we were gone because we returned to nasty black stuff all in it. We were away all day and didn’t use it. Public men’s room stayed stopped up for three days. Husband even offered to plunge it himself. Dog poop was in the hall. Hall and room had cigarette smoke smell."

"The ease and location of this property to get anywhere in Wichita is spectacular!! The property is decorated nicely and the quietness of the neighborhood made it very relaxing. "

"Room was clean and check in staff was friendly and helpful when showing us about parking. The lighting in the room was kind of bare and dark in some areas and didn’t love that the only sink area was directly in the bathroom in the way of everything but for a quick weekend trip it wasn’t too bad."

"There was a note that the dryer was out of order. The WI FI user name/PW were not left on the wall as promised. A light bulb in the fixture above the dining table needed replacing. The living room tv wasn't hooked up at all. The clock on the wall above the tv needed a battery replacement. I sent the owners a message about these items via the VRBO app and got no reply. I did not stay at this place. I stayed at a hotel instead. "
