"Building is beautiful, room was great! Breakfast was good but had limited options."

"The place wasn't clean, we moved a table to play cards and found toenail clippings. We found two earrings that didn't belong to us and the walls definitely need cleaned. We asked for housekeeping hoping these things would be caught but unfortunately they were all missed again. The sheets are so rough they were not comfortable. But the location was perfect for what we needed and the staff was kind!"

"Beautiful hotel and great room! However the bathroom was not the cleanest and by that I mean, long black hair all over the bathroom floor. Called and let the front desk staff know about it and stated it would be taken care of. Went out around 3pm got back to the room at 10pm, so ample time. While some of the hair was picked up a surprisingly amount was still there! Finally took a washcloth and cleaned it up myself. Body wash dispenser was empty and the. They “cleaned” they took the only bar of soap and don’t replace it."

"The first thing I check in such accommodations is fire escape preparedness on the property. This unit was a potential fire trap, with one set of steps rty dishes up to the Sec and floor. If those steps are on fire, the only way out is jumping out a window to the ground one floor high. The second priority is the ambiance if the accommodations verse photos on Expedia. Cast difference on the downside. What looked like "Courtyard" quality in advertising, was actually Quality Inn, with dirty walls, second hand type furnishings, dirty kitchen trash can, and a dishwasher full of dishes. In spite of these nuisances, the location is good, neighborhood quiet, felt safe with neighbors. Price is good"
