"I reserved this house for the week my 3 sisters & our brother came in town. A house large enough for all of us including comfortable sleeping. We didn’t use the hot tub but the back yard was nice with plenty of seating. We sat on the front porch which was so nice & peaceful. All amenities were great! My siblings & I took turns cooking & had all we needed! Having grown up in College Hill we all remarked that the house had been updated so nicely while retaining the classic details, especially the wood., "

"Loved the house and all it's charm. Reminded me of when I was a very young child and the home we lived in for a few years. Only a couple suggestions:1. Try to get better sound proof on the upstairs bedroom. 2. Possibly a door or some way to give the upstairs bedroom some privacy. 3. Get an updated fridge. "

"I had called to get clarification on a room-was told the room I was reserving had a king bed and a pull out couch. Got there and it did not in fact have a pull out couch. I’d the person on the phone didn’t know-which was the excuse I was given-they should have asked! We were unable to change our room because of booking on Orbitz. Refrigerator was unusable due to the seal being ripped off and not sealing. Questionable red fluid on the base of toilet. Only hot water in the bathroom sink-ever. Brush your teeth with hot water? Coffee mark on kitchenette counter-we don’t make coffee. Overall very disappointed. I was in town to see to a family member for probably the last time-from over 10 hours away. We did not need the added stress of a sub-par hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor this brand."

"Clean but in less than ideal shape - sloppy paint - damaged kitchen sink - very creaky old house - there was a nail protruding from hard wood floor. Host was great and very responsive. Electricity in downstairs bedroom / bathroom should be looked into. Lights flickered. Could be a fire hazard. The neighborhood was nice. Definitely heard highway noise being a block away from Kellogg. Overall, it met our needs for lodging. However, it is definitely overpriced. "
