The animal view tents are fantastic! Absolutely blew us away. I do wish we had a little longer to enjoy the view though, as once we checked in then did the walking tour and off to dinner we got back to the room and it was dark. If you have the option I would miss the walking tour on the day of arrival and do it the following morning after breakfast

Absolutely loved it !!! ... This place is clean, tidy and has all amenities and facilities covered ... Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and just about everything else !!! ... Perfect Property can’t wait to come back !!!

The room was spacious and clean . The shower could be better and the beds were too soft for our liking but overall a very nice apartment

It was a beautiful retreat indeed, we truely enjoyed our stay and the team were responsive and welcoming. We had a small issue during our stay and they resolved it promptly, we were very impressed with the outcome. If you are a coffee lover, there is a cafe catering your morning craves :) we saw many hot air balloons on the sky from our balcony, can’t get better than this! Highly recommended to everyone, we are planning for our next visit already with friends and family.

This motel I stay at regularly for work and other occasions, the owners are extremely helpful and friendly, if you want a clean room and very comfortable bed I would recommend you stay here.

Great house for a family or group get together, golf course right at your back door. Short walk to Nineteen for happy hour and for events at Chateau Elan or a round of golf or two. Thd house was very clean and spacious and had everything you need for a great stay. A pod coffee machine would of been a great addition for our stay but not a deal breaker as was able to get takeaway coffee up thd road.

Property was nice and clean. The grounds are nice and well kept. Would stay here again as it's close to everything

Roydon's Motor Inn is a favorite of ours as it is pet friendly, clean and the service provided is fantastic. The owners/managers go above and beyond.

We pulled in overnight surprisingly was 5 out of 5 not much more you can say...Room was very clean and comfortable ...staff were very friendly and accommodating , breakfast was bought to the room on time and still hot..

The cleanliness was impeccable for an older property. Check in and check out was very easy and staff were very welcoming. Zoe, the owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Bbq area and pool were great. It’s a short drive to Armidale CBD and the university. I will definitely stay again. Great value for money.

Spicers Guesthouse is absolutely stunning We couldn’t fault a single thing , Rooms are divine , styling is to die for and the grounds are kept immaculate Staff are lovely and extremely attentive , Cleanliness is beyond what we have seen prior to this stay, Breakfast was beautiful , good coffee and the staff were extremely welcoming to our son who also has allergies - absolutely nothing was a problem. This place is good for the soul .. find a way to get yourself there , you won’t want to...
