Wanted morel money Complained about our parking One next to us over the line so we were also Went to game came back at 11 all full Another stayee he said they told him on interstate grass across the access the road Went inroom bug race began We left Place is old and need of total tear down Even check in buzzer broken you beat on glass to check in It’s a glorious dump !!!! Check in was a breeze. Lady at the front office was very friendly. Room was decent. The air conditioning unit was loud but it was too hot not to keep it on. Other than that, there were no issues. It was nice

I never could get the door to lock , so, I didn't feel safe all night. The bed was rock hard .Standing outside in the heat to check in is harsh to expect of the clientele .I feel the rate was too high. I'm considering some other place to stay for my next trip to San Marcos

this unit was overall dated and it surely smelled like it. the area was so bad, there was no soap provided and the towels and bedding were so old and musty. Apart from this the staff was unnecessarily rude on the phone. And the check in lady insisted on charging us more for our room because my father was helping us bring in luggage and that counted as an extra charge because it was more than two people in the room

not clean smells so old..TV doesnt even work and ice machine had no ice they took advantage of weekend graduations to charge more this room was horrible..no climate control!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No polite language to describe this experience

I challenge San Marcos Inn to display any signage or driveway that proves their location at the address they claim. I drove past half a dozen times before giving up and returning to Austin. The ONLY driveway close to the location was at 1505 N 135. A home and commercial remodeling service. I walked North and South from their parking lot and saw NOTHING resembling an Inn, hotel or motel.
