Only one elevator worked! The pool was closed!! No laundry detergent to be able to use the guest laundry, the towels felt like sand paper.

Everything was excellent- loved the do not disturb sign w the pet paw so housekeeping wouldn’t accidentally let a pet out! Both printers weren’t working so we couldn’t print something we needed, but other than that, no issues!

Great friendly staff. Breakfast was cool. Only thing about breakfast, i was shocked that it was not warm to hot. I used the round waffle machine and a full cup does not fill the waffle machine as it should with many air pockets and waffle was tuff to cut. But i did settle for the yogurt and toppings. Other than that i’ll actually come back. Thank you from Houston!
